The 3-star cottage is fully equipped and features a spacious 40 m² living room with a 17th-century fireplace and wood stove. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted, including a dishwasher. Separate WC.



Upstairs, there are two bright bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, plus a bathroom with a large shower and sink. A mezzanine walkway with a large hammock offers a perfect spot for peaceful relaxation.



Outside, enjoy a terrace with table, chairs, and parasol, on-site parking, and a shelter for bikes or motorcycles. Bike rental is available for an additional fee. The cottage is set in the countryside, far from traffic noise, close to the La Vilaine river and marshes, in an exceptional natural environment.



Opposite the cottage, a 3,000 m² tree-lined field is ideal for a hammock nap or outdoor lunch. The towpath lets you reach Redon by foot or bike in 6 km. The owner speaks French, Spanish, Portuguese, and English, and is available via the booking platform to provide any information you need while respecting your privacy.
