Great little place close to the beach

A cute little house with a sunny courtyard. Everything was there for a great stay. Denis was great to communicate with. Saint Marie is a small town with plenty of places to eat. The beach is fantastic with miles of sand.

Vermieter bucht Geld ohne Erlaubnis und ohne Berechtigung von unserer Kreditkarte ab!

Katastrophe! Wie sie an die 5*Bewertungen gekommen sind, ist uns ein Rätsel. Das „Haus“ ist für 5Personen gedacht. Wir waren zu dritt (Eltern Kind) mit mini Hündchen und es war extrem eng. Kaum Platz zwischen BettWand, TischSofa etc. Als wir ankamen war das Haus zwar geputzt und aufgeräumt, aber Badinstallationen in Dusche und Waschbecken uralt und verrostet, Badentlüftung ohne Funktion, keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und dem Kinderzimmer unterm Dach!! Die „Bettbezüge“ bestanden aus einem widerlichen, hauchdünnen Einwegmaterial wie Operationskittel. Darin sollte man schlafen? So etwas habe ich noch niemals auf irgendeinem Bett gesehen, außer vielleicht auf einem Feldbett in Krisenzeiten (siehe Foto).Beim Auszug haben wir die Wohnung aufgeräumt, gefegt, Geschirr war vollzählig und sauber in die Schränke geräumt, Gartenmöbel abgewischt, Terrasse gefegt, Betten und Sofa abgezogen. Der Vermieter kam, sah alles und bestätigte, dass alles sauber und ordentlich ist. Bevor er gekommen ist, sagt er allerdings, wir müssten schon um 9.30h ausziehen – in der FeWo Anzeige steht 11h. Er sagte, wir hätten am Anfang auch früher in das Haus hineingekonnt, deshalb sollen wir jetzt auch früher raus. Aber wir haben ihn nicht darum gebeten, früher reinzukommen. Er hat uns gefragt, wann wir in Sainte-Marie-la-mer wären und uns dann gesagt, wir könnten dann schon rein.Eine Woche später schickte er eine Nachricht, dass er von meiner Kreditkarte Geld abgebucht hat (100 Euro), weil es nicht

Charmante petite maison qui est très bien équipée .Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances où tout est accessible à pied, un vrai bonheur !Denis, Lydia et Mickäel sont des personnes très gentilles et très réactives.

Séjour parfait !

L'hébergement est propre et très bien équipé. La terrasse est calme et très agréable. Merci à Mickaël pour l'accueil chaleureux et aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse ! La piscine de la résidence est très appréciable et la mer est à environ 15 mn à pied. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Je recommande

La maison est parfaite et contient tout ce dont on a besoin. Le jardin et la proximité de la piscine communautaire sont des plus indéniables. Denis, le propriétaire communique, est avenant et fort sympathique. Je recommande vivement cette location.
