La location est tres spacieuse, la terrasse couverte (mais non étanche) est agréable.Toute fois un nettoyage plus approfondi serait nécessaire, chaque locataire ne faisant que le minimum. L'aspirateur est en bout de vie, le manche se rétracte et il n'"aspire plus grand chose. Certains placards de la cuisine vides sont sales et il manque de la vaisselle : pas assez de fourchettes, pas de passoire pour les pâtes, poêle trop petite (pour trois)...C'est dommage cette location a vraiment du potentiel il suffirait de pas grand chose pour la rendre bien plus agréable.Le prix reste cependant attractif pour une location possédant trois chambres.
