Sainte-Maxime, in a gated estate not far from the town centre and beaches. Beautiful, recently-built villa with 250 m2 living space and swimming pool. On one level, it opens onto a large living room of 100 m2 with lounge, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto lovely terraces and the pool, guest toilet with washbasin, master bedroom with dressing room and full bathroom (double washbasin, bath, walk-in shower and toilet). On the garden level, 3 en suite bedrooms with private shower room and toilet, a 5th large bedroom with a double bed and 3 single beds with private shower room, a laundry room. Pleasant garden planted with Mediterranean species, with a bowling green. South-facing, quiet and not overlooked.

Extra charge: to be paid on arrival, when the keys are handed over:

- Outgoing cleaning package: €500
- Tourist tax: depending on the number of people and days rented.
