The new luxury villa is located in the upper part of the prestigious "Domaine de la Nartelle", near the sandy beaches of Sainte Maxime and its many beach restaurants and near the "Blue Green" golf course.
Built in the style of Californian modernism in 2019, the villa offers the ultimate in modern living comfort combined with tasteful and high-quality equipment that leaves nothing to be desired.
The generously designed living space of approx. 325 m2 for eight persons are spread over two levels. The upper part of the villa offers a living area of approx. 210 m2, the bottom of approx. 115 m2.
In detail, the following premises are available:
- entrance with guest toilet
- very spacious living-dining room with designer furniture, large flat screen TV and panoramic sea views
- very modern and fully equipped open kitchen with Miele appliances, sea view
- laundry room
- office with desk
- four suites with sea view and TV (33 - 50 m2 - bed size 160 x 200 cm of best quality)
- four very luxurious bathrooms
In front of the living room and dining room, as well as the kitchen, large partially covered terraces are furnished with a lounge sitting accommodation and a set of corresponding dining facilities. From all these places, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea in the bay of Saint-Tropez without any disturbing influence.
The villa is surrounded by almost 3,000 m2 of landscaped garden. The garden plantation with a lot of spectacular olive trees, several additional terraces and the delivery of additional garden furniture was finished several weeks ago.
The 11 x 5 m swimming pool (heatable against fees), is centrally located in front of the villa and is easily accessible by a staircase and surrounded by spacious terraces. Many sun loungers and a large parasol are available.
From here you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the sea beyond compare. The property is sunny all day and offers from almost all places this exceptional panoramic view of the sea.

SEJOUR DE REVE
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa de standing. la vue mer est splendide. Les équipements et le mobilier sont d'excellentes qualités, literie très confortable, propreté irréprochable.
Le chargé d'accueil, Mr DACOSTA, a été très disponible et professionnel, merci à lui pour son dévouement.
Toutefois nous tenons à signaler la présence de 2 caméras dans la villa, 1 dans la pièce principale, et 1 donnant sur la piscine (atteinte au droit à la vie privée), nous avons installé un cache sur ces caméras.

Somptueuse villa
Villa très grande décorée avec goût et vue magnifique sur la mer. Une très belle chambre parentale avec grande salle de bain attenante et dressing géant. Les 3 autres chambres en sousplex ont vu également sur la mer. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de patères pour accrocher les serviettes dans une des salles de bain qui ne possède pas de radiateur sèche serviette comme les autres.
La cuisine abonde d’ustensiles et de vaisselle et permet de préparer tout ce que l’on souhaite. Frigo américain appréciable en plus du normal.
Problème de télévision dans la chambre parental qui était destinée à ma mère de 90 ans restant au lit souvent et qui n’a pas pu la regarder …
Villa à recommander si vous avez les moyens car reste quand même chère !

Très sympa
La maison est juste magnifique, quelques points à améliorer: quand on est arrivée les poubelles n’avaient pas été vidées et on pouvait rien rajouter; pour 8 personnes il n’y avait pas assez d’eau chaude, le ballon est trop petit; la télévision d’une des chambre ne marchait pas, mais à part ces petits point à améliorer on a passé un bon séjour.
