5-star deluxe property with marvelous decoration close to the golf course
The attractive villa underwent a comprehensive and complete redesign in 2022/2023 and can therefore almost be described as a new building.
This also refers to the outdoor areas as well as the swimming pool. Completion was in February 2023 and the villa will go into initial rental for the 2023 season.
Particularly noteworthy is the excellent finish in all respects!
On three levels spreads a very tasteful and lovingly furnished living space of about 250 m² for up to 10 people. The color scheme is essentially classic black and white, complemented by attractive decorative items.
In detail, the following are available on the living and pool levelthe following premises are available:
– entrance area with guest toilet
– spacious living room with completely floor-to-ceiling glazing, a spacious sofa area, large flat-sceen TV, fireplace and refined indirect lighting
– adjoining dining area with dining table for 10 people
– adjoining open kitchen area with a modern kitchen designed in clean lines with the following features
– Induction hob with extractor hood
– oven and microwave at eye level
– large fridge-freezer
– dishwasher
– Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle etc.
The 1st upper floor is reached from the entrance area via a refined illuminated staircase and there you will find the following rooms:
– bedroom (1) with double bed and TV, balcony overlooking the pool area as well as the golf course
– bathroom en suite with double washbasin, shower, bathtub and WC
– bedroom (2) with double bed and TV
– bathroom en suite with vanity and shower
– separate WC
– suite (3) with double bed, TV, integrated shower room and separate WC
– open office area with desk and beautiful view of the golf course
The Basement of the villa at garden level is equally attractively designed and offers additional highly attractive living space as follows:
– very large suite with double bed (4) and top equipped dressing
– bathroom en suite with washbasin, shower and WC
– adjoining home cinema with spacious and high-quality sofa furnishings
– small kitchen with coffee maker
– bedroom (5) with double bed and TV and dressing also elaborately designed
– bathroom en suite with washbasin, shower and WC
– covered terrace in front with table football and beautiful view into the garden
In front of the living level there are generous terrace areas with an extraordinary – on request heatable – swimming pool with overflow technology and a cleverly integrated seating area (in the center area there will be another table in the future). The pool dimensions are 13.5 x 11.5 m with a depth of 1.60 cm. Another highlight is certainly the large Inox summer kitchen with sink, cooler and large gas BBQ.
A staircase on the side of the swimming pool leads to the boules court with beautiful evening lighting and a lawn area, covered with a very high quality artificial turf and beautiful palm tree planting.
Due to the western exposure of the pool area, it is sunlit from about 10 am until sunset.
The paved access to the property of approx. 1,100 m² is via an electric gate and approx. 3-4 vehicles can be parked within the property. In addition to a garage, there is also a carport for two vehicles and a charging station for e-cars (fees on request).
Conclusion: Villa Mar-a-Lago is a very tasteful and high quality designed property of the deluxe class which meets the highest standards.
