Villa of 180m2 on a plot of 1100m2 on the ground floor comprising: a large living room of 59m2 with flat screen tv and fireplace with cassette overlooking a swimming pool area surrounded by a large area with deckchairs and a vine-covered terrace with gas barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, new oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, dishes ..), a laundry area (washing machine, iron, ironing board , a plancha…) two separate toilets, a play area located in the mezzanine with cassette player, books available. Three bedrooms with double bed (160), a clip-clapper for a young child, a bathroom and a shower room. The swimming pool is in Roman style 10x5. Ground of petanques, table-tennis table, parking, garage, wooden terrace, parasols, Wifi.

Spacious, authentic villa.

The house was perfect indoors and out. The pool is large, clean and warm. We had barbecues and enjoyed the views from the garden and the beautiful sunsets.You definitely need a car as the roads are narrow, steep and winding.There are plenty of lovely beaches and small towns to visit. We noted a trip to St Tropez on the ferry from St Maxime.

Très belle villa dans un quartier calme et chic de Ste Maxime. Maison très bien équipée (manque peut-être un sèche-linge quand le temps est humide). Très grande piscine. Super accueil par Lindsay. Réactivité et bienveillance des propriétaires. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons surement si nous pouvons.

Wunderschönes Haus.Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Sainte Maxime erleben dürfen. Das Haus ist stillvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben jeden Abend die wunderbaren Sonnenuntergänge genossen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe vacances

Les lieux sont spacieux et très bien équipés avec beaucoup de rangements y compris dans les chambres qui ont toutes les trois une très bonne literie. La piscine dispose de belles dimensions (très large) nombreux îlots diversifiés , de qualité ,confortables . A 9 mn du centre ville ou encore des grandes surfaces 🙏🙏🙏

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la maison familiale de Francoise et Paul. La villa est spacieuse et il y a tout les equipements necessaires pour passer un agreable sejour. Nous avons particulierement apprecié l'espace extérieur qui en plus de la très agreable piscine permet de bénéficier d'un espace repas toujours ombragé ainsi que d'un espace détente avec une très jolie vue dégagée sur la colline du Golf.

sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Ste. Maxime verbracht. Das Haus war traumhaft, liebevoll eingerichtet und in sehr schöner, ruhiger Lage. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ist es perfekt geeignet. Es entsprach in allem der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfektes Haus, Gastgeber, Betreuung vor Ort

Eigentlich sollte ich eine schlechte Bewertung verfassen, damit das Haus ein Geheimtip bleibt, aber das wäre Madame Dubois und Madame Heine gegenüber unfair. Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, super Pool, eigener Bouleplatz, viel Platz, mehr als ausreichende Ausstattung... Es gab ein kleines Problem vor Ort, was nicht vom Besitzer ausging und es wurde sich umgehend drum gekümmert, schnell kommuniziert und gelöst. Wenn es sich mal wieder ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Très bon accueil de la personne en charge de la maison. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Maison très agréable et très confortable. Equipement complet. Belle piscine, bien entretenue. Tout est parfait pour passer des vacances sous le soleil de Sainte Maxime. Recommande vivement.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis

Wat hebben wij hier 2 fijne weken gehad! Een mooi huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral het zwembad is erg fijn! En elke avond prachtige zonsondergangen! Dicht bij het strand en het drukke stadje St. Maxime. Als we vragen hadden, konden wij via Whatsapp communiceren en dat ging super! Kortom; een aanrader!
