Great modern villa in Sainte Maxime

We stayed in Xavier's villa for a month with our new baby, dog and parents and did not want to leave! It's a very clean, modern villa with great outdoor spaces, in reasonable walking distance from the beach (15min) and the town centre (20min). It was filled with all the amenities we needed for a long term family stay, including a microwave and blender that weren't on the listing but were a welcome surprise. Most of the furnishing is fairly basic, but functional. The staircase was fine for us, but is very steep. We expect this place will get even better as the garden matures, and would certainly return after falling in love with Sainte Maxime and its excellent restaurants, shops and beaches.

Top verblijf dichtbij zee centrum. Deze woning is recent (2jr terug?) compleet verbouwd: alles (muren, keuken, badkamer, zwembad) is nieuw en helemaal schoon. Boven en beneden airco. Inrichting basic (open kledingkasten, toilet boven) maar echt alles is er: Nespresso-machine incl. cups, peper, zout, suiker genoeg pannen etc. Overal flesjes zeep, p.p. drie handdoekendoeken voor de strandstoelen.Woning is geschakeld maar voelt vrijstaand. Ligging: geklemd tussen 2 straten maar door het hoogteverschil daarmee en de struiken genoeg privacy. Strand en centrum op dikke 15 en 20 min. lopen. Foto's kloppen, beplanting zal alleen nog maar beter worden. Omheinde tuin fijn voor hondje.

Superbe maison neuve

Un super séjour dans une maison magnifique avec piscine privée à 5 mn en voiture du centre de Sainte-Maxime. La maison est super bien équipée tout est bien pensé pour une famille. Le logement est spacieux et décoré avec goût. Bref que du positif.

Family Vacation in Sainte Maxime

The house was absolutely fantastic and well equipped! The pool and the boule-place were used frequently! The location was quiet and the center of the town is in walking distance.Very convenient for fresh baguettes every morning.Sainte Maxime is a very nice little town and we enjoyed many of its good restaurants. There is a beach in the center and this was very good for our grandchildren. We can strongly recommend Xaviers house for the vacation. Maybe we will come back!
