A dining table with 8 seats, sun loungers, parasols, lounge garden furniture can be found on the terrace. A swimming pool to cool down for large and small guests invites you to relax.

In the villa you will find an exceptionally spacious living-dining area with well-working fireplace, large dining table overlooking the bay of St. Tropez. A large sliding door system allows direct access to the spacious terrace and provides a direct connection between inside and outside. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances invites you to cook. For BBQs on the terrace is a large gas grill available. In the villa there are 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and 4 toilets, 1 separately, 3 each in the bathroom.
