Magnificent property located approximately 8 km from the centre of Sainte Maxime.
This 230 m² villa on an exceptional, well-maintained 7,000 m² plot can accommodate up to 8 people.
The main living area is spread over a single level. Main living room and open modern kitchen with central island fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, oven, kettle, Nespresso, and filter coffee maker...) are fitted with great taste and warmth, offering a comfortable atmosphere.
In the side wing, there are three nicely decorated bedrooms.
*A bedroom with a double bed of 140/200cm, Television, and garden view.
*A bedroom with a 160/200cm bed, 1 shower room, 1 toilet, 1 office corner, access to the adjacent terrace, 1 television
*A bedroom with a 160/200cm bed, 1 shower room and toilet, 1 television.
The main bedroom is slightly raised, accessed by a few steps from the living room / dining room.
This superb bedroom has a 180/200cm bed, television, private balcony. A magnificent bathroom with bathtub, very large shower, two washbasins, a toilet. Very nice walk-in wardrobe.
The terrace located in front of the house offers a beautiful garden lounge and its dining area protected by a pergola covered with wisteria. This space is complemented by a masonry lounge and its large gas barbecue.
A few steps from the villa is the vast pool area. Beautifully fitted out with its eight sun loungers, another garden lounge and a summer kitchen with refrigerator and sink. The pool measures 8 x 6 m and can be heated on request for an additional charge.
The property is entirely surrounded by an electric fence, electric gate and numerous parking spaces.
