FAVORITE for this air-conditioned villa located in Sainte Maxime, a 20-minute walk from the city center and the beach, in a very quiet residence: the SUANE estate.



You will enter the very sunny main room, a nicely decorated living-dining room.

An open and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, microwave...)

1 master bedroom with a 160cm bed, a storage closet, and its shower room.

1 attic bedroom with two 90cm beds to accommodate children.

Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with 1 160cm bed and one with 2 80cm beds that can be joined together), a storage closet and a shower room.

Its terrace, accessible from the living room and the kitchen, equipped with furniture and its griddle, will allow you to spend beautiful moments by the secure 15m² swimming pool equipped with an outdoor shower with hot water

Bed and bath linen are not included in the reservation price. Tenants have the free choice to bring their own linen. If you wish, the concierge service offers the rental of linen kits (sheets, bath towels, tea towels and bath mats) at a cost of 30 euros per person per week.
