La chambre n’a pas été fait bien qu’on soit resté deux nuits. Le lieu n’est pas joli et il manque des choses dans la chambre, savon pour les mains et un fauteuil pour poser des choses

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps d'exprimer votre avis. Nous regrettons sincèrement que votre expérience à l’hôtel n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Malheureusement les recouches ne sont pas effectuées dans les chambres à cause de la situation sanitaire, nous avons disposé des affichages à ce sujet dans l'hôtel. C'est dans un souci d'écologie que nous ne proposons plus d'échantillons de savon pour les mains. Nous avons donc mis un produit à disposition dans la salle de bain utilisable pour les cheveux, le corps et les mains. Toute l’équipe espère avoir l’opportunité de vous accueillir de nouveau dans l’espoir d’améliorer votre jugement.
