Perfekte Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren bereits das 2. Jahr in Folge zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung während der Sommerzeit. Die Wohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Wege zu den Stränden sind kurz, in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und AKtivitäten. Neu ist die Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge in unmittelbarer Nähe der Ferienanlage, die wir mehrfach in Anspruch nahmen.

Tolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir waren als Familie zu viert in dem Apartment für 2 Wochen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die gesamte Anlage ist an einem Hang errichtet und bietet mit Pool und Sportanlage weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Über kurze Fußwege sind 2 Strände in max. 15 Minuten erreichbar, die Stufen können evtl. eine Herausforderung darstellen.

Tolles Ferienhäuschen, super Lage und toller Vermieter!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und ruhige Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist super und der Blick von der Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Das Häuschen ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist an alles gedacht und sehr funktional. Man merkt, dass der Vermieter sich bemüht, dass man sich sofort "wie zu Hause" fühlen kann. Es war das beste Bett, das wir bisher in einer Ferienwohnung hatten und das ist in einem Urlaub sehr viel Wert. Die Kommunikation und die ganze Organisation liefen sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Un propriétaire qui méprise ses locataires, du jamais vu!

SMS restės sans réponse, ou réponse inappropriée, réactivité nulle suite à un problème d'alarme qui s'est déclenchée à deux reprises de manière intempestive à 5h00 du matin le 1er jour et à 6h30 du matin le second jour : sans discontinuer pendant plus de 7 heures, toutes les 3 minutes une impulsion sonore stridente...sms au propriétaire et à la personne chargée de la remise des cles....la nuisance sonore était tellement forte que l'homme d'entretien est venu voir le lundi et a cassé le dispositif placé à 4 m de hauteur! Malheureusement, nous partions le lendemain. Sur 8 nuits réglées, nous sommes restees 4 nuits et avons eu 2 nuits très écourtées par ces désordres ...CQFD le lieu en lui-même est très agréable malgré l'exiguïté du logement consécutive à une optimisation maximale de la capacité d'accueil...à deux personnes, l'accueil est correct, à cinq personnes comme annoncé, cela ne paraît pas réaliste.. .

Super séjour à La Croix Valmer

Petit mas situé au sein d’une résidence très agréable et très bien entretenue, à proximité des plages avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Appartement en excellent état conforme à la description , très bien aménagé , propreté irréprochable . Toutes les dispositions inhérentes au contexte sanitaire actuel sont mises en œuvre. Sentier côtier de randonnée à proximité avec de très belles ballades à faire. Propriétaires très réactifs et à l’écoute , les personnes chargées de la remise des clés sont également très disponibles et sympathiques. Nous reviendrons très certainement séjourner dans ce petit mas et recommandons cette location .

Tres bonnes vancances

Sehr gut ausgestatte Wohnung (wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst), toller Blick auf´s Meer. Ruhige Lage. Anlage schön bepflanzt / alles grün und regelmässig gepflegt. Kurzer Weg zum Pool (lang genug um auch Bahnenschwimmen zu können). Alle 3 Strände wirklich bequem zu erreichen: Sylvabelle mit einigen Stufen (uns hat es nicht gestört) direkt am Sentier Littoral (wunderschön zu Laufen) Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Nächster Bäcker (Spar) ca 1,5 km oder Boulangerie mit toller Patesserie direkt in La Croix Valmer.

schnuckelig, funktional, schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, hervorragende Ausstattung, wlan bestens, Fitness fördernd, 65 Stufen, schönes Schwimmbad, völlig unkomplizierte Übergaben des Objektes mit verlässlichen Menschen, schöne und nahliegende Ausflugziele, top Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sehr schnelle Rückzahlung der Kaution, völlige Ruhe im Schlafzimmer. L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme, et à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée. La literie est confortable. La vue de la terrasse est vraiment belle. Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait de pouvoir utiliser la grande piscine de la résidence, qui offre elle aussi, une vue splendide. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in gepflegter Anlage. Gute Ausstattung, schöne Anlage, Meerblick. Der Pool ist toll. Der Vermieter kümmert sich. Allerdings viele Stufen, nichts für Leute, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht.

Location idéalement située la plage à pieds sur un sentier en dix petites minutes et départ du sentier du littoral. Le mas lui même est parfait tant en equipement de la literie à l 'electromenager,tant au point de vue propreté. Logement avec jolie vue sur la mer de la terrasse ou de l'interieur;pas de vis à vis,tranquille car personne au dessus et la résidence est calme;Bien entretenue;avec une piscine propre adaptée à la natation!et entourée de belles terrasses avec des chaises longues. Je conseillerais vivement cette location.

Séjour parfait tout est là, l'environnement magnifique la vue sur la mer l'équipement de ce petit mas, la plage à 10 mn à pieds. Nous avons quitté les lieux avec regrets nous aurions aimé que le temps s'arrête. Nous conservons cette adresse précieusement.
