Gîte la Sarpette – Secluded Retreat in Nature

The gîte features a ground floor with one bedroom furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed for two. Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a single bed, a curtained area with another double bed, and a separate bedroom with a double bed. Please note, there is no Wi-Fi in the property.



Nestled in the heart of Bordeaux’s vineyards, near the Dordogne, Lot-et-Garonne, and Saint-Émilion, this independent gîte is surrounded by 3 hectares of rolling countryside, providing peace and privacy.



Within 15 minutes, you’ll find a lake, fishing spots, canoeing on the Dordogne, tennis courts, restaurants, and a golf course. An aquatic center, additional golf courses, and padel courts are about 30 minutes away.



The region is ideal for walks, exploring castles and historic sites, including Fronsadais, Castillon-la-Bataille with its sound and light show, Bergerac, Duras, and the Château de Montaigne.



Bordeaux, the Cité du Vin, museums, the ocean, Arcachon Bay, Cap Ferret, and the Dune of Pilat are all accessible for day trips.



Pets are allowed under certain conditions. If you have an electric vehicle, the meter will be read upon arrival.



Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure. Please leave the property tidy. A deposit deduction may apply if not respected. Towels are not provided.
