It comprises an attractive 41 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of approx. 1,565 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

On the mezzanine :
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Shower room with WC
- A study area
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 40 m² balcony
- A beautiful 1,565 m² private Creole garden with many trees and tropical plants, a 40 m² covered terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Sainte-Rose, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- The Sofaïa sulphur baths, for a wellness break
- The Trois Cornes trail, a family-friendly hike
- The Rum Museum, where you can learn all about the rum-making process, from cutting the sugar cane to fermentation, distillation and ageing in oak barrels, right up to bottling.
- Mambia beach, ideal for a picnic or a sunset
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park on the street free of charge.
