This carefully renovated cottage for 2 people in the countryside is the ideal base for exploring the Coëvrons region. Don't miss the charming little towns of Sainte Suzanne and Saulges (caves and Prehistory Museum), Montaigu, the Charnie Forest, Tertre-Ganne, and the Erve Valley. In the surrounding area, there are numerous hiking trails and paths through rolling, green landscapes alternating between meadows, woods, and forests.
Located in a peaceful setting, you'll be lulled by the sound of birdsong and charmed by the beautiful garden of Jocelyne and Jacky, the owners. All shops in Sainte Suzanne are 5 km away (grocery store, restaurant, bakery, etc.). Other shops are 11 km away in Evron. Single-story cottage for 2 people - LEVEL 0: 24 m² living room with equipped kitchen (3 gas burners and 1 electric hob, electric oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender), living room with sofa bed, coffee table, television - 13 m² bedroom with 1 bed (160*200), wardrobe, chest of drawers - 4 m² bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail, hairdryer - Separate toilet.
Wi-Fi - Washing machine - Private parking - Small terrace in front of the house with table and chairs, 2 deckchairs, electric barbecue. 3 hectares of unfenced wooded grounds, woods in progress. 100 m² private lake with fish for recreational fishing (no kill), 100 m from the cottage.

OPTIONAL: €40 cleaning fee.
