When i arrived at 4:30pm my room was still occupied. I was told I'd have to wait a no rooms are available. I had to wait 2 hours to finally check in causing me to miss a meeting. I then had cockroaches in my room. Overall, the experience was not great. People were nice but definitely not what i expected. I travel in different areas of the world and this customer service was sketchy. I recommend staying somewhere else. I will say the pool and reception area is beautiful.

No signage outside to identity Marianas Beach Resort. Very outdated. Stains on walls. Poor TV quality. Says laundry machines available but when asked was told to go to laundromat down the street. Beach was dirty. Multiple bars on beach but each owned individually so canโ€™t have billed to room.

At first there were no replacement towels available, but they were quickly provided over the phone. The staff was always willing to help. The building is a little old, but it was clean and easy to spend time in. I would stay at this hotel again.
