Easy check inn and check out. Rooms are spacious and the place is convenient. 4minute walk to the train station and close to grocery shops and food restauranbts. Breakfast, would be better to get more choices.

After staying here for four days, I’ve found I quite like the hotel, so I’ve extended my stay for another 10 days. It’s a short walk to the station and shopping centre, making it a very convenient location. The staff are polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The room’s layout is very functional and more comfortable than other hotels with rooms of a similar size. I like the free breakfast, microwave, and coin laundry. The room is quiet, and the window can be opened. I will definitely stay here again.

This property is great, free breakfast is very worth it. The only thing that sucks about it is the fact that Tsukuba Express is the only one near it which can add up via Metro expenses. Room even on a budget was more than enough room. I def would go with this again.
