Horrific hotel

i was given a room i unpacked and tried to take a shower. No hot water. i phoned reception engineer arrived told me it was broken and to take a shower in the gym. I called reception again they charged the room i had to repack all my stuff. i moved rooms it had two showers. one no hot water one with hot water. the tap on the wash basin was loose and unable to be used. Net curtain on bedroom window would not close. i prepaid breakfast i went to breakfast expecting the usual buffer How ever No buffet. Not even a menu u basically get what the kitchen wants to give you. in this case Houmous bead and a boiled egg. and a glass of water. I asked for coffee. it was 08.00 am . told no coffee. black tea with milk ONLY. They changed £7 for this. i didn't eat and went again to reception. i asked for a refund for the breakfast I was told No cash in the hotel. When i started to call the police suddenly they found the cash and refunded it. I checked out immediately. Absolutely horrible hotel avoid it.

Worst stay ever

It took so much time to check me in. The front desk guy was nice but he had to call the hotel manager to confirm that he received my online reservation. This is not the worst part yet, my room number is 99. That room was next to a generator or something that works on and off every five minutes. I could not sleep at all. I called the front desk to complain after 2 am but they are not picking up my calls. I had to check our at 3:30 am.

الفندق جيد ولكن هنالك بعض الملاحظات مثل : 1. الاثاث يحتاج الى تغير. 2. الافطار متكرر بشكل يومي مع تغير بسيط فقط. 3. السعر كان مرتفع مع الخدمة المقدمة
