Terrible we checked out straight away

Booked this place as it was 3 star but seemed to be a 2 star hostal when we arrived. we needed air con, parking and pet friendly. We arrived to no parking space so we drove round for a long time then had to pay for parking even though their page says on site garage. When we arrived it was hot and we spent about 2 hours trying to get the air con working for them to say it just blows air, it’s wasn’t air con and there was none available. Nothing was done to help. No fan provided. I was travelling with a pet with a very thick coat and I struggle with the heat so air con was absolutely necessary. We asked for a refund. They said no and walked off. I had to contact hotels.con for assistance and we received a partial refund and checked out and the drive 6 hours to get to our next destination. Really disappointed with the whole situation

A fuire!!! Il y a des logements bien mieux et peu

J'ai du faire le chek in en ligne malgré une demande de règlement sur place. J'ai du regler les 2 chambres et le parking car ils ont annulés les codes d'accès aux chambres. Un service en total inadéquation avec la description sur Hotel.com. Aucune reponse à mes questions par messagerie, j'ai du les appeler et là je passe de personnes en personnes pour demander à chaque fois la même chose. La dernière personne que j'ai eu m'a crié dessus en Espagnol et ne faisait aucun effort. Elle m'a presque raccroché au nez. Au total j'ai eu 3 interlocuteurs, 3 numeros WhatsApp qui m'ont demandé la même chose! J'ai ete obligé de leur envoyé mon releve de compte pour justifier mes reglements! La pire expérience!!!! A part le veilleur, le personnel ne semble pas professionnel.

En general bien. Muy céntrico para moverse andando por la ciudad. El coche hay que dejarlo en algún de los parkings que hay (entre 16 y 20€ por día). El desayuno lo sirven en una cafetería cercana, la chica de allí muy simpática. La habitación se oía todo por el baño, ruidosa en general y la cama rechinaba con solo girarte
