We had a lovely stay once we got there. The biggest issue was how to get to the hotel from the street as there is no place to pull in by car or otherwise access the hotel without walking into the square with all of our luggage. The noise of the square wasn’t as much of an issue as we first thought it might be. Including the beverages in the fridge is a nice touch.

I must admit that when we approached the hotel we were concerned about the setting as it seemed like an apartment building in a crowded and noisy plaza. To our surprise there was good security with multiple entry locks. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Blanca and Javier. The rooms were clean and in very good condition. When we commented on them, we were told that they are refreshed and repairs made during the off season. This is an excellent practice. The cooling and lighting systems were excellent. The beds were comfortable, and the room was not noisy despite the location. Javier was helpful in setting us up with a private tour of the university and cathedral. Paloma printed our boarding passes. It was a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend the facility.

At our arrival Blanca at the front desk was particularly kind and guided us on how to best make the most of the remaining afternoon. At checkout, the guy was also very friendly.

Give me a break, what a great spot! Highly recommend it, Plaza can be noisy so if you want early sleep, not for you. If you like good food, traditional Spanish Plaza then book here. Heads up no breakfast but pleanty of places to go. Very special plaza, get plaza view! We will be back!

This isn’t really a ‘hotel’ in that it has no other common areas than the very small check in desk…it’s more just a series of rooms. We thought we had booked a room with the wonderful view of the Plaza (what you see on the booking) but it turned out to be of the Plaza Mercado..which is just a little back street…so quite misleading and disappointing . However, it was very clean, the check in lady was very pleasant, and it’s a great location
