This stunning waterfront residence in Salamander Bay offers a tranquil holiday retreat with breathtaking water views. Behind grand gates, the home features a warm ambiance and an inviting open-plan living area that connects to an expansive alfresco entertainment space, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Upstairs the master suite boasts an inviting king size bed and luxurious ensuite, which opens onto a private balcony, perfect for relaxing with a book in the gentle breeze. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has two sets of tri bunks - perfect for the kids. Downstairs is an additional bedroom with a hotel quality queen size bed.

Cook up a storm in the gourmet kitchen which flows seamlessly to the dining areas both inside and outside in the alfresco courtyard. The Kitchen is equipped with high- end appliances and stocked with quality kitchenware. There are multiple living areas allowing everyone to relax in their own space.

A secure boat ramp enhances the outdoor experience for water enthusiasts. With versatile living spaces and a double lock-up garage, this property is a perfect blend of comfort and adventure, ideal for those seeking a once in a lifetime waterfront holiday.

Please Note: This property will not accept school leaver, party or group bookings of any sort and has a strict no party policy. This property sleeps 12 people (maximum 10 adults) with the intention of housing 1 or 2 families. Any noise complaints from neighbours during your stay will result in eviction from the premises and no refund of monies paid. By continuing with your booking you are acknowledging and accepting these conditions.

Important Note: Foreshore Delight has a $1500 security deposit payable on each booking. The host will contact you directly prior to your arrival for payment of the Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property. The Security Deposit will be refunded once you have vacated and the property has been checked and cleaned.
