Salem Woods on Gardner Lake is your elite, full-service, vacation rental located on 36 private acres of land (midway between Boston and New York City), in the rural countryside of Salem, Connecticut.

Originally the site of one of Connecticut’s oldest Boy Scout camps, this 36-acre gated sanctuary has been transformed into a 16,000 sq. ft. masterpiece of stone, slate, and timber. Built at a cost of $12M, the estate features over 1,000 feet of private lakefront on Gardner Lake, accented by $1M in expert rock work, koi ponds, and cascading waterfalls.

With 13 spacious bedrooms featuring a mix of king, queen, and full beds, guests have plenty of room to relax and unwind. The estate offers 10 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for everyone. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, the serene atmosphere creates the perfect backdrop for memorable moments.

This package includes the Adirondack Lakeside Mansion, both Estate Cabins, the 8,000 sq. ft. Pool Wing, private beach, and docks. Total exclusivity for large families or corporate retreats.
