The front desk manager was super accommodating and very, very friendly.It was extremely refreshing to interact with someone so kind and helpful!! In fact , the entire hotel staff were eager to help if anything was needed and any interaction I had with them was very pleasant.

I noticed the outside trash cans were overflowing and the glass doors were dirty with handprints. We were there for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was small but fine. It was quiet.

Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful during check in. My room was clean. Parking was good, had a spot just outside the side door and made coming and going very easy. There was a continental breakfast and heard they may expand to carry more breakfast items in the near future.

Parking was easy and secure. It is very quiet at night and we slept well there. The hotel is a bit dated and the amenities simple, but the price reflects that and overall it represents a good value if you want to stay in the Sublimity/Stayton area. If you are used to 4 and 5 star hotels you may not like it, but it is plenty adequate for us simple folk.

Lady at check-in was very nice and friendly. Out TV never worked we were told the weather caused satellite problems. The lady at checkout was totally unfriendly and impossible to find even after ringing the bell multiple times. Had to leave with no receipt.
