Everything was great! Friendly service, clean rooms that were very spacious, with comfortable beds. The pool, hot tub and sauna is open till midnight. Breakfast was nice. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

I travel frequently for work and often stay in multiple hotels each week. This property is usually my final stop before heading home, and it’s one I genuinely enjoy. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The room layout makes sense, with everything positioned where you’d naturally expect it to be. The floors are soft, the shower has good water pressure, and even the luggage rack is placed conveniently. Overall, the space feels well planned and comfortable, creating a “home away from home” atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The only issue I experienced was a slip in the bathroom, likely due to cleaning chemicals on the floor, which resulted in a sore shoulder and hitting my head. Aside from that incident, the stay was very positive. I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to stay.

Room was great and the staff responsive. Breakfast was well above average! Overall, a good stay, a fantastic value, and a hotel we will no doubt chose again when staying in Salem. The lighter review: ++ on black tea choices. Too often black tea is no-name brand undrinkable stuff. Not here! Tea was more than decent, yay! - on only having 2% milk. I've given up on seeing skim, but at least 1% would be nice, especially since there is half and half.

The room was pretty clean, there is always a random hair somewhere in a hotel of course. The staff were super sweet and they even provided me with a toothbrush when I forgot mine. I will 100% come back here when I need a spot for the night.
