Located only 1.5 miles from Lake Keowee and 4 miles from Lake Jocassee, you’ll have quick access to crystal-clear waters for boating, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Adventure seekers will love being close to scenic hiking trails that wind through the Blue Ridge foothills, while golfers will appreciate the nearby courses that offer both challenging play and stunning views of the mountains and lakes.

Inside, the house is designed with gatherings in mind. With four well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for families or groups of friends to spread out. Two large living areas provides a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploring, and the fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook meals together. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 are on the main floor along with 2 full bathrooms. The basement floor has bedroom 3 & 4 and 1 full bathroom as well. Please note there is no interior staircase to get to the bottom floor. The only staircase is the one underneath the covered exterior patio to access the bottom floor.
