The three Oaks duplex home at 1123 17th St. Salem, OR 97301. Come enjoy are comfortable, stylish, centrally located property which is just walking minutes away from the State Capitol, Willamette University or Downtown Salem Historic District bosting all its history and charm. This location you're very close to everything with easy jump on and off 1-5 freeway access. Just finished fully remodeled, everything is completely brand new inside with smart style and every amenity you could ever imagine.

Harken back to 1958, this historic property was built by the US Government to house officers after WWII. Today it is fully remodelled showing off the orginial, refinished oak hardwood floors, large picutre window and large kitchen and laundry room. The recent renovation added other luxury items like heated tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, keep your toes toasty warm for winter. The bathrrom has a Toto Washlet toilet with heated seat and washing feature to reduce toilet paper use. All LED lighting and other energy saving features. Each room in the unit has been lovingly restored and upgraded for your comfort and convience. Very quiet neighborhood with mature oak trees providing shade all summer. Nice woodland type gardens under mature oak trees.

Excellent unit, extremely clean and in like new condition. Lots of thought put into every detail of unit from the work desk area to the well furnished kitchen. Lots of extra touches such as fully stocked Keurig coffees, special bathroom soap, and others. Recently refurbished with nothing but "quality" furnishings. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Comfortable and clean

This little gem was perfect for a college visit at Willamette University, it is about a 15 minute walk to campus or a shorter drive if you have a car. The place was super clean and all furniture was comfortable, but what really made it special were the extra personal touches that are included….from the heated floors and toilet seat to the coffee and teas available to drink. I’ve been using VRBO for over 10 years and Angela is definitely one of the best host’s I’ve had the pleasure of renting from. There was great communication from before arriving to after. I would definitely rent this place again.

Willamette University visit

Proximity to the school was key, the cute and comfortable home was a plus!! LOVED the retro vibe with all the modern conveniences! From the power desk(sitting/standing options) and charging point side tables to the comfortable beds and well equipped bathroom, not to mention the fully-stocked Keurig and front-loading laundry, I will definitely be back!! Angela was a great hostess as well. Totally pleased with everything, my only lower rating was surrounding the neighborhood, it was a bit rundown.
