The house is Situated in a prime location just outside the City Centre with excellent tram and bus links to Manchester city centre, Salford Quays, Media City & The Lowry - perfect for a relaxing city break, family and work trips.This amazing house is set over 3 floors and offers a very modern feel to it, to the ground floor you will find a good sized lounge area (with sofa bed) and French doors leading to a beautifully laid garden area with place for table and chairs, great for summer nights, the kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining guest and you will also find everything you need to cook some beautiful meals.
To the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, single bedroom and a good sized bathroom with bath and shower over, all offering wardrobes and draws including an En-suite to the front double bedroom.
