The Space:

Located in a great area, this lovely apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The spacious open plan living space consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa and smart Tv. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The comfortable bedroom features large windows, plenty of storage space for clothes and a double bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also a parking space available for 1 car.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 25 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe's, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or bus ride away. There is a large Sainsburys supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment.



Getting Around:

Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 25 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or bus journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.

There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking)



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
