Everything was set up when we arrived. It was a bit smaller than i thought, but it wasnt really an issue since we disnt spend much time there. The bed was super comfy

Cute property! I love the real wood paneling. Its like stepping back in the 50's but with all the comforts.The heater works well which is a must for this area in the winter. Staff is very nice and the place is super clean.

Great location for a road trip through CO

Cozy, clean, and very worth the money. We only stayed one night but the bed was comfortable, and the room was warm. Would stay again!

I loved the little stream that was flowing. I stood in the rain for a few moments to enjoy it. It was right by my room. The room was cozy. Perfect size for me! The outdoor setting area would make a great place to star gaze. The staff were amazing. Very kind.

Clean, comfortable, and classic (and friendly too)

This is a classic motel from a by-gone era! However, the owners have modernized it enough that it is quite comfortable, cozy, and attractive. The bed was dreamy and the room quiet and conducive to a good night’s sleep. Everything was very clean. The owner could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

This is an amazing place! Small boutique hotel with extremely friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Their fire pit was amazing. A great way to meet fellow travelers.

Very nice place & quiet, good night's rest. Only thing I was not a fan of was the blinds cut around the window a/c unit did not provide full coverage over window. Later in the evening, you could see directly out people walking around which means they could see directly in. Other than that, very nice & would stay again.

Clean and friendly in Poncha

A very budget motel…absolutely the smallest room I have ever had but it was clean and the bed was comfy enough. The owner was very friendly and when I asked for more coffee & shampoo he provided them no problem. The shower was large but VERY dimly lit—-probably my biggest issue.

Excellent lodge with great ambience!

I got a few rooms for my family for a wedding in Buena Vista! Both families couldn't stop raving about the owners, their rooms, the fire pits area, and I personally liked the price!

Very nice owners in the process of improving a 1950’s era motel with tons of character and easy in/out access. Rooms are small but perfect for what I was looking for. Typical of a bygone era. Great fire pit at night.
