Salinas- Beautiful Beach View Apartment- Family Friendly

Our apartment is positioned right at the beginning of Chipipe beach, offering direct access to the beach across the street- see photos so you can see how easily it is to get to the beach. In the morning you can go for a walk on the beach or watch fisherman cast their nets, mid-day you can hang out at this nice beach and enjoy the sun, mid-afternoon you can head to the Chocolatera beach and enjoy a nice sunset and at night you can sit on the balcony and enjoy drinks with your friends all the while enjoying the salty breeze. Inside on the fifth floor you'll find the master bedroom with one king size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a bunk bed and a shared full bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two twins and a trundle bed. All three rooms are equipped with televisions (two flat screens, one CRT, local TV). At night you can hear the waves of the beach as they ease you into deep slumber- sounds cheesy- I know, but I need to pep it up in the first paragraph.

Bed linens and bath towels are NOT currently provided. All three bedrooms are equipped with A/C. The main dining room and living room have ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, and microwave). The dining room table sits 6 with a bar station within arm’s reach.

After we sleep late, we spend most of our day at the beach in front of the apartment. The Chipipe beach has various aquatic activities from jet skis, paddle boats and the banana. If you prefer you can sit and relax on the balcony and enjoy the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.

The Chipipe Malecon (beach front) is much quieter than the downtown beach front but still close to the lively Saturday and holiday night action.
A/C units in all three bedrooms. Great breeze all day long though.
Great location for nature lovers- whale watching, flamingos (seasonal) and seals are all in play in Salinas.
The Salinas area is also home to some of the oldest archaeological finds in the hemisphere. Check out the Real Alto and the Amantes de Sumpa museum complexes to see some interesting finds. Close to La FAE Seal Beach, La Chocolatera Point National Park, Playa de Mar Bravo (beach), whale watching (June-Sept). Apartment is stocked with beach chairs, tent and doorman.

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
