This was an incredible stay! House was perfect for myself best friend and our 2 dogs! Quiet and peaceful steps away from the beach! Neighbors were nice and had everything in house make stay easy to cook and hang out! I will be back! The owner Ken was quick to respond to my questions prior to booking so I could make sure was right place for me to take my dog! Also was able see Hampton Beach Fireworks from the beach where we stayed.

Great property with everything you need for a beach stay. Easy check-in process. The beach access is a shared courtyard with other homes, so not a lot of privacy to sit outside.

Summer Getaway

Beautiful rental home. Pictures don't say enough! Steps to the beach with spectacular views of sunrise. A hub of activities in the area. Would highly encourage taking advantage of vacationing here. Beach not crowded and very clean. Neighbors respectful of one another. Property manager willing to fix any issues right away. Ken very courteous and professional.

Family Trip

The property is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable: Full kitchen, with all amenities, bedrooms with AC's to keep cool, and washer and dryer if needed. The best part? Steps from the door, you're right on the beach!!! Not only are you so close to the beach, dogs are welcome to enjoy the beach with their families. Everyone is so friendly, the beach is gorgeous and clean, and to have the access to run back and forth to the house was amazing. We will definitely book this house again!

UNH Family Weekend

Really enjoyed our stay in one of our favorite vacation destinations in the North East, while attending family weekend with our daughter at UNH. Wish we could have had more sunshine, but maybe next time.

As close to the beach without being beachfront. Owner very responsive to questions and available during our stay. Pictures of the furniture need to be updated to reflect what’s there. Electrical needs to be updated to avoid tripping breaker in living room.

Hot beach stay

The exterior needs a lift. But it's a typical shore house with tight fits between houses. The interior is fabulous. Clean, modern and open. Great minimal decor. Sheets towels and beds all very nice and comfortable. All new remodel. 50 yards between houses and u are on a gorgeous clean wide Atlantic beach. Not crowded, even in a heat wave. Easy walking to Surfside and Sea glass restaurants. Which btw were very good! Close to plum island and Newburyport which was good for a break in the sun. Full smart TV. Garage and single space parking are tricky. But, I guess that is a typical problem for all on that stretch. Nice 3 days in the hot sunny 🏖️

Looks just as posted on VRBO. Very clean. Linens provided. Washer & dryer are a huge plus. You are just steps from the beach. All appliances are new. Ice maker in the fridge, again a huge plus. I would highly recommend.

A big upgrade to the typical Salisbury Beach summer rental. Property was clean, recently renovated, and in a great location just steps from the waves. Host was welcoming and very responsive. We will be back.

Weekend Getaway

First time to Salisbury Beach. The house was cozy and perfect. Bedrooms layout provided privacy. Nice open floorplan. All instructions for wifi, beach chairs, W/D, everything printed and by TV. Small area outside back door was a nice place to sit in the evenings. Just a few steps to the beach made for beautiful morning and evening strolls on the beach. Very happy it is dog friendly. Both our boys enjoyed the vacation as well. Ken reached out to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend this house and Thank You Ken for a great time!

Great Beach House!

The was a great, well maintained and clean home. The pictures don’t do it justice! Just steps to the beach which was nice. We had a great beach getaway, we will keep this home in mind for future rentals.
