This bright and sunny townhouse, with breathtaking ocean views is located in the heart of Salisbury Beach and just steps away from some of Salisbury's best restaurants and attractions.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 3PM and check-out is any time before 10AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

Step out your back door directly onto the sands of our private beach-yard.

BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 8 guests in 5 beds. See bed count below:

-Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (sleeps 2)
-Bedroom 2: 1 full (sleeps 2), 1 twin-over-full bunk-bed (sleeps 3)

BATHROOM: Bathroom stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels also included.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans glassware and cutlery set and has a full line of appliances (blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, more)

DINING: The focal point of the living space is the dining table situated in front of a large window overlooking the ocean.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Patio overlooking the ocean with adirondack chairs. The Beach-yard has plenty of outdoor lounging furniture, direct access to salisbury beach, one grill for each unit, fire-pit. The yard and patio are shared with the guests of the other two townhouses.

PARKING: 2 off-street parking spaces are provided (location of parking spaces noted in guestbook).

Guests have full access to the townhouse and all outdoor areas.

I do not live nearby, however I am always available by text, phone or email and am happy to help, any way I can, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests!

It’s all about the location!

We have a senior dog who must accompany us when we travel. It’s not always easy to find a place that will accommodate a pet, especially one located directly on the beach. We found this place, and although a bit pricey for the off season, we had to give it a try.As advertised, it is located directly on the beach, with a fenced in area. The location can’t be beat, and was worth the cost of admission.The place itself, isn’t bad, offers most of what you need, but could use some work. The fenced in area was an absolute mess with fencing, old gas tanks, umbrellas. and numerous uncovered barbecue grills strewn around. There were even spatulas and other barbecue items left outside. I understand it wa off season, but someone really dropped the ball on this! Trying to access the apartment is a chore. The touch pad is old and takes a few attempts to work. You have to wait to get the backlighting to work. Communication is not the best, but it should be noted when I called with an urgent request, I received a call back promptly.

Best spot for families in Salisbury by far

Our family had the perfect week here. During the crowded beach days the section of beach this place was on seemed to be the least busy, while still being in walking distance of downtown. We couldn’t have asked for much more in what turned out to be one of the best vacations our family has ever had. We will be sure to make a trip back some day!

Great location

This is a great spot right on the ocean. The fenced in, private area was nice. This is a townhouse with 2 other units attached. Walking distance to the strip. No extra blankets or towels etc provided so be prepared. Check in is listed as 4 and check out at 11 but it is actually 3 check in and 10 check out. Owner responsiveness was mediocre.

Perfect beach location

Property is right on the beautiful beach. Large deck was fantastic for relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Right on the beach!!

Stunning views and a gorgeous beach right at your doorstep! We loved waking up each morning to the view and sound of the ocean. The space was very comfortable and convenient to many restaurants. There was parking for two cars which was so great if you have a larger group. We really loved our stay.
