Located steps from the sand and within a quarter mile from the Salisbury Boardwalk, this 3-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of modern convenience and classic seaside charm. Whether you're looking to capture morning waves, explore the boardwalk carousel and dining, or work remotely with the sound of the ocean beside you, the Tidemark is your ideal home base.
Our classic, elevated beach cottage features an open, shared living and dining space that brings everyone together. With window AC units in every bedroom and the main living area, plus central heating, you’ll stay comfortable no matter the season.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with closet space.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with closet space.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with a pull-out trundle (three single beds total) and a closet.
Bathroom: One full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo; this is the home's only restroom and is located on the main upper level.
Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a classic drip coffee maker for your morning brew. Enjoy your meals together at the dining table, which offers comfortable seating for six.
Lower-Level Lounge Space: Beneath the lifted main living area is an above-grade basement that we've transformed into a secondary living room. Outfitted with a comfortable lounging couch and TV setup, this makes an excellent play/movie area for the kids or functions as a secondary hangout spot. There is ample space for air mattresses for additional guests, but please note that the only restroom is on the upstairs main level of the home.
Remote Work Setup: Need to log a few hours? We’ve got you covered with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. The desk includes a comfortable office chair, plus a monitor, keyboard, and mouse ready for you to plug in and get to work.
Beach Access & Amenities: We are located almost directly across the street from beach access! The nearest beach path is just a 30-second walk from the front door, so you can have your toes in the sand in under 90 seconds.
To make your beach days effortless, we provide a fully stocked beach cart that includes:

A large 6-8 person beach tent
Please note: To keep the classic cottage feel, our property does not feature an outdoor shower, deck, or grill.
The Neighborhood & Vibe: We are less than a quarter-mile (a quick 4-5 minute walk) to the historic Salisbury Boardwalk. This close proximity means you get to enjoy the vibrant local atmosphere right from the cottage! On Friday and Saturday nights, you can often hear live music drifting over from the boardwalk or the weekend fireworks over the beach.
Parking: One dedicated street parking spot is included with your stay. Additional free street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessibility: Because this is a classic coastal home elevated on blocks, guests must climb a standard flight of stairs to reach the main living area.
Laundry: There is a free, in-unit washer and dryer available for your use. They are located in the fully enclosed, finished lower level (basement area) beneath the lifted living area.
Checkout: All we ask is that you simply pick up after yourself, clean and tidy the kitchen items you used, and lock-up. No need to start laundry, mop floors, or take out trash; we've got you covered!
