We were not told restaurant would be closed for season. There were several random ants we had to kill. The carpet had horrible stains. The wind created a very load whistling noise coming from the top of the building ALL NIGHT long anywhere from 3 to 5 mimutes apart based on the wind direction I guess. Bed was very hard. The parking on the backside of the building is very tight for anything but a compact car. If you have someone parked next to you and they don't pull up all, good luck getting out! The TV was missing a remote. The only reason we are giving 3 stars is because the gentleman that came to bring us a remote and help with getting the TV to work was very nice. Otherwise, this would have been a 2 star at best.
Room was clean but the remotes for the Roku decives serene there and when stuff found 1 he couldn’t get it to work. He days this is a frequent problem. Couldn’t access most cable channels either.

Just mediocre overall
Pretty standard room, double bed. My issues were the cleanliness of the room. Spider webs in the corner of the door just on the inside of the room, stains underneath the sink on the lower wall, and the bathroom fan was caked in dust. That is prime for a fire hazard, especially with a heat lamp. Their cleaning crew needs to do better or be replaced with a better one. Probably my first and last stay.
Check-in was through a remote page online since I guess we were there out of season. I did have to call customer service and they were great. The room is comfortable, and the towels were high-quality. The walls were thin which made for a bit of a noisy evening, hearing the guest in the next room and cars outside. It wasn’t a bad stay but I would likely not stay there again.
Never got code for the door in email. Had to call place- lady on phone had me try 3 codes for door a then 3 codes on the key box until finally could get in. Had confirmed 3 guests the night before / no extra bedding was available for 3rd person. A nice man brought the extra bedding. Carpet needs to be replaced -
We did not end up with the room or view we thought we would so when we arrived we were let down from the get. Then the living room tv wasn’t connected with the remote and no matter what we tried we couldn’t get it to connect so that was a bust. It was hard to sleep, the wind was so loud and the screen doors next door were broke and were slamming in the wind all night so we didn’t sleep much. Wasn’t a great experience overall. Check-in was easy though!

Our unit had recently been remodeled but hadn’t been fully completed. So the actual unit did not match the photos on the website. The battery to the remote lock was dead so the code wouldn’t work to open the door. When I called the 24 hour number no one answered. Twice. Luckily I ran into the property handyman and was able get me a key.
