It's difficult to tell you about our stay since we arrived at 6pm to find that the room was not clean and someone was in the parking spot. The management team did try to contact the cleaner, who said they couldn't come. They had no other rooms available either so we were stranded. Management then pointed us to an Airbnb that they also managed which was fine but wasn't the VIP experience we had paid for. No cute king size room, no bottle of spirits waiting, and a 10 minute drive from where we supposed to be. Pretty disappointed.

Lovely room affiliated with restaurant. Rooms on ground level are on the parking lot. The parking lot serves both the hotel and restaurant. The restaurant uses valet to help but it’s a difficult space. Diners do not respect cones placed to reserve hotel guest spaces and park in hotel’s reserved spaces. They need better paint and cordoned off guest spaces

Sweet view from this unit but the conveniences are missing. Not easy to plug in phones by bed, fridge makes very loud noises, no extra sheets/bedding in the unit for the pull out sofa and no one brought them until the next day. The biggest issue is that the wall of the master bedroom vibrates from what I assume is the heating system on the roof top. The mini split is directly above the king bed so cold air blows down on your face while you are trying to sleep. It is a cute unit in a nice location but I probably would not stay here again. ):

My husband and I went for an overnight as we were going to see a concert. The room was small, though tastefully decorated. It had all the amenities, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, small fridge, coffee maker, cream, sugars and even a wine bottle opener which is usually overlooked. The walls to the next apartment over were a bit thin so we did hear the people in the next room, but not anything that would stop me from going back. Check in and out is a breeze. Customer service is extremely quick in their responses and let you know to ask them anything at any time. We went to the restaurant attached which was very nice. As I said the room was not big but if you're just going for an overnight or two this is the perfect place to be and the price is very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again

Not good experience. All communication with staff by text. Response time was terrible. If you have a problem you are out in the cold. We were given incorrect code to access our room and no response was made to our problem for 40 minutes. Front desk closed at 4:30 PM. Check out 10 AM. Extra charge for later checkout. Requested extra hour checkout with no charge because of previous issue. Again response only by text an hour after initial request. Never saw anyone who worked for the hotel. Too stressful. If you don’t like any customer service this is the place for you.

Needed a single night and found this property. Despite being less expensive than other hotels in the area, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room. Location was ideal in close proximity to Newburyport and family members.

Hope you know how to use a SmartLock

I stayed 2 nights here this week, and the room was very clean and comfortable, though small. The hotel however really needs to up its service. There are no staff on site. I was not given a room key code until I arrived at 7pm and could not find any open door or any staff, not get into my room. Fortunately I had my cell phone and could call. A staff member answered and immediately gave me a key code. But there are on these doors two types of locks; she had to tell me to use the interior one instead of the really obvious one on the outside. That worked fine until the next morning when I didn't know how to lock the door, so it was unlocked all day, but with no mishap. The next day I figured out how to lock the key box. The online registration really needs to come with an explanation of the key box for people unfamiliar with such. And the online registration really must come with the key code, rather than the customer having to call to get the code while standing in the parking lot outside the door.The second night I was there a man travelling from Germany had a similar experience, and was trying to use the keycode on the outside lock rather than the inside one. Who knows to look for the inside lock? So having taken an Uber to get there, which was gone, he was stuck there trying to get in with no instructions, no answer to the hotel phone, and no other guests except me, who helped him. Finally, there is no open onsite restaurant, though the website advertises it.
