All the emails and texts and I couldnt find the room number. Had to provide waaaay too much info to check in. A call was needed to find the room. No people to help. Had to use my phone flashlight to find the room number. The free drink offered was for a place that was closed.

According to the amenities described on Expedia, we were supposed to receive a complimentary bottle. There was no bottle in the room. We called a hotel representative and were told it was supposed to be only one drink apiece at the restaurant. The restaurant was closed on the day of our stay. The guest house did accommodate this issue by bringing a bottle of wine to our room. It was greatly appreciated.

Loved the coffee bar in the room. It was very clean and had everything i needed. The window shade was broken so i couldn't open or close it. When checking in, i didn't receive a code as promised, so i had to make phone calls to get it. Same thing happened to the woman in the next room, who i helped to get a code.

Was not what I expected . The booking page had a different location/ description and photos , I got to the property and had the experience of checking into a motel style accommodation. There was no one at the location, spoke to some other guests arriving same time and was told to look for the email with the door code. The room was clean and comfortable but as it got dark I was afraid to open the front door as it’s an open parking lot to the back street and a alley way to the Docks and restaurant

Pullout was locked

Booked junior suite because of the pullout sofa. The pullout was locked and chained up so we couldn’t use it. Not sure why it’s advertised if so.

The carpet was stained in multiple places, the room was tiny and cramped, there was no hair conditioner, and the walls so thin the neighbors’ loud music until midnight and TV on full volume blast at 2 am meant a very long, painful night! Would not recommend.
