I would never stay there again. When I arrived, I had issues with parking and then I got into my room and the air conditioner was making a noise like a compressor screeching. Within about 2 1/2 hours, they had a maintenance person out there to fix it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the kitchen floor was pretty dirty. You actually stuck it when you walked. I was surprised that at this price point. It really didn’t seem like they had cleaned it well.
The one star indicates that the towels were very nice and the room clean. Otherwise my main complaint was that there was no personal responsiveness regarding this guest house. There didn't seem to be any "live" individual at the location other than a cleaning person. All communications were handled by phone, email instructions and a remote key pad with instructions posted to the room door. VERY IMPERSONAL.
My mistake was leaving my apple AirPods Pro set on the night table near the lamp. I discovered this when we were already two hours from Newburyport, MA. on the way to northern Maine. The series of phone call messages and emails were not responded leaving me more anxious about a potential loss of a $250 accessory at the beginning of my vacation. I tracked the location of the devise which had appeard to be still at the location of the suite. After speaking with one of their "managers" I was told that their cleaning person would be told to check the room and I would be advised. I received no response for three days and was then told that nothing had been found.
I used the Find my Apple devise app and determined that the Airpods had moved from the hotel to a location in Merrimac MA -25 miles away. Two days later they appeared back at the hotel. The "management" wouldn't assist in any way to inquire about the device or who may have taken it.
Customer communication and assistance was terrible and impersonal. Never going back though the town is very cute.
The property was in a very convenient location for access to Newburyport and beaches. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. We were happy to discover that it was right beside a local favorite restaurant- the Deck!
We had a small blip with check-in. I had to call to get my access code after waiting past my check in time. They provided this over the phone and was able to check-in. Property was very clean, we enjoyed the outdoor patio but the parking in the back of the unit was VERY TIGHT. Would definitely stay again but in the front of the property.
The location to the water is nice. Access to Salisbury and Plum Island makes this spot excellent. We did not spend much time AT the Suites this time because of a full schedule but it was a great place to come back to after a long day and night out and about.
The check in was super easy, never saw anyone all on the app, including room access.
The room was average the bed wasn't very comfortable.
The hotel/restaurant closed early and we were not able to get any food although they advertised open until 11pm

Room was very clean and easy check in. Location is perfect and very walkable to local attractions and restaurants.
I liked it was near the water, but the restaurants in evening were very loud and there was no one on site to help with an easy request. If you called the on line help- extremely polite but had no real solutions and there was a rooster crowing in the background (seriously- it was just funny) They also have very tight and limited parking. That was a huge challenge regardless your car type.
