Great pet friendly hotel. This hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are very large and they provide a free breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, toaster, yogurt, cereal (hot and cold), etc. The staff are friendly and the hotel has several nice, clean grassy areas for dogs complete with convenient garbage cans. Out back is a designated smoking area with ashtrays. There is a pub within the same parking area and a Starbucks. Gas stations with convenience stores across the street. It felt very safe and clean and I willl definitely stay here again. Very impressed.

Pleasant one night stay while travelling. Checkin in staff were friendly and efficient. There are train tracks at the end of the complex with occasional train -didn’t bother us at all. No train whistle.

Dirty.

We booked this place because it was part of the Best Western chain. We did not expect to go into very dated rooms. The pictures we saw on hotels.com did not do justice to the room. The room smelled like stale smoke. Even though they probably haven't been smoked in in years. The carpets need to be changed out. The bed was made neat and there wasn't any dirt in it which was good. We checked for bed bugs, nothing there. Complimentary breakfast was basically the same thing everyday.. there was no variety like some other places do but that's not a big deal. But the thing that really got me were the dishes. We pointed it out to the poor lady working and she said that it was the dishwasher filter needed to be cleaned. But even after us pointing this out, we returned the next day and the day after and still found the dishes to be dirty even after coming out of the dishwasher. And it was like management didn't want to do anything about that. I don't blame the server. I don't blame the workers but I really don't want to eat off of plates that has sprayed dirt all over it. And it wasn't just one dish on top. We would pick up piles and it would be reoccurring throughout the stack. The pool didn't look like it had been cleaned properly either. We only did one swim. I couldn't go back. The lounge chairs in the pool area sunk so far down they weren't comfortable at all. I tried to find alternative accommodations within the first night but as this was a weekend we were unable to.
