From the flat it is easy to reach the golf course "Il Colombaro", the amusement parks Gardaland and Caneva World (45 minutes), the harbour for renting boats and for sightseeing tours of the lake by boat visiting the towns of Bardolino, Lazise, Garda, Limone, Desenzano and Sirmione. The historic city of Verona is 50 minutes away by car or 30 minutes by train from Desenzano train station. The cities of Venice and Milan are also easily accessible by road or rail. Lake Garda also offers boat rentals, cycling in the hills, rock climbing, golf, wine and local produce tasting and various excursions. The nearest airport is Verona, only 50 minutes away by car..
