ontvangst op de receptie was ok. Heel vriendelijke mensen, zeer behulpzaam. Ligging van de accommodatie was super. Minder druk stukje Gardameer, in het groen, overal dichtbij. De accommodatie zelf is uitgewoond. Ze was wel proper, maar moet dringend gerenoveerd worden : badkamers en keuken moeten nodig onder handen genomen worden. keuken niet voldoende voorzien van materiaal : niet genoeg messen, zoeken naar een serveerkom,... Gordijnen die er hangen zijn te kort,... Ons appartement lag boven het restaurant en één nacht enorm last gehad van lawaai, de anderen nachten niet (misschien de mensen verwittigen als ze een feestje geven?).Indien renovatie van het appartement is dit een toppertje.

Bij onze aankomst zaterdag was het een beetje druk, dus de mensen bij de receptie lieten ons snel het huis zien en moesten toen weer door. Verder prima. Dat voor de airconditioning apart betaald moest worden, wisten wij niet. Pas op zondag kregen we afstandbedieningen en bleken twee airco's niet te werken. Daarvoor is dinsdag een monteur geweest en is de boel gerepareerd. Kosten voor airco hebben ze daarom niet doorberekend, netjes.
