Surrounded by beautiful gardens with fruit trees, the villa is divided into two spacious, independent apartments, each with its own entrance. The upper apartment, currently available for rent, offers 170 m² of space, a terrace, and stunning views of the sea and mountains.



The apartment features a large living-dining room, two spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with three single beds), two bathrooms with showers, and a roomy kitchen. While the kitchen has a traditional style, it is well equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and other appliances. Next to the kitchen, you will find a pantry and a laundry area. All rooms have air conditioning.



A car is essential. Free parking is available a few meters from the property.



The villa is located in the Monte de los Almendros residential area, one of the most exclusive on the Costa Tropical. As guests, you will have access to a community recreational area with two swimming pools (one for children), a tennis court, and a football field. The community also provides security patrols during the day and night.



Salobreña is just a 10-minute drive away, offering supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, medical services, beaches, and water activities. Motril, Torrenueva, and Almuñécar are about 20 minutes away.



Enjoy the peace of a residential area while staying close to many attractions: the beach is 15 minutes away, Granada and the Alhambra 45 minutes, Sierra Nevada 1 hour 20 minutes, and Málaga Airport about 1 hour.

Pros: Propiedad absolutamente equipada con todo aquello que uno necesita . Cons: Desagüe en la ducha del baño de la habitación: incómodo porque se inundaba. Único inconveniente que tuvimos.
