Our cozy apartment, ideal for four people, is located in one of the most privileged areas of Salobreña, in the prestigious La Guardia neighborhood. Enjoy the tranquility of the place, perfect for a getaway as a couple or with friends. The sea is just a 2-minute walk away.

This intimate and comfortable apartment has been designed with an occupancy of four people in mind, with the possibility of accommodating pets.

Every space has been meticulously organized to maximize comfort and functionality. Inside, guests will find all the necessary amenities to feel at home. We have a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker.

You will have full access to all areas of the house. However, at times we may need to limit certain services to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Access and transportation

Please note that due to its location, a vehicle may be necessary to reach the house and explore the surrounding area. Be sure to plan your transportation in advance.

Climate

The climate in southern Spain is generally mild and pleasant throughout the year, but it can vary depending on the season. Check the weather forecast before your visit to pack appropriately.

We gladly accept pets, but we emphasize the need for responsibility on the part of their owners. For the well-being of all our guests, and considering possible allergies, we request that, if possible, you bring your pet's bed to avoid them occupying beds or sofas. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it is necessary to complete a form with the visitors' details.



Security deposit:

A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of the stay. This amount is fully and automatically refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided that no damage or issues have been found in the property.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
