This charming apartment is perfect for your family holiday in Salou, just a 2 minutes walk from Cala Crancs beach and 10 minutes from the restaurants and shops of La Pineda, a lively little town on the Costa Dorada.



The beautiful Cala Crancs, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Salou, is surrounded by cliffs and nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, bathrooms, sunbeds rental, lifeguard and a good beach bar where you can taste delicious food. Try the mojitos at the beach bar, they are one of the best in Salou. And be sure to return the glass to the bar for recycling. :-))



The apartment is part of the UHC CASAS BLANCAS FAMILY COMPLEX residential complex of 24 townhouses and apartments arranged in various blocks, all enjoying a fantastic community area of ​​more than 3,000 m2 of gardens with lawn and swimming pool. The property stands out for its excellent location, in a beautiful and quiet place in Cabo de Salou, in the heart of the Costa Dorada. From the communal area, there is direct access to the beach through a small path, but if you go with very young children we recommend accessing the street, where the slope is gentler.



The apartment with a capacity for up to 4 people, consists of a large terrace of about 20 m2. It is distributed on a single floor that consists of a room with 2 single beds, another extra single bed in an area next to the main bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room with a double sofa bed and direct access to the large terrace.

Disons au Prix mais il y a quand même des choses à revoir.

Le professionnalisme de l’agence est sans faille. Cependant l’accueil est un peu expéditif. Le lieux et l’appartement étaient conforme à l’annonce. Cependant c’était « sale ». La salle de bain était crasseuse, et nous avons eu 4 cafards à tuer lors de nos 2 semaines. La climatisation (qui n’était pas annoncée effectivement) manque cruellement..

Séjour à Cala Crancs

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La résidence est idéalement située pour visiter les environs de Salou. Une très belle plage est accessible en moins de 5 minutes à pied et la piscine est très agréable pour se rafraichir. Nous reviendrons.

Localización perfecta.

La zona bonita, situación y zona comunitaria del apartamento muy bonita. Pero el estado del apartamento muy viejo, necesita una renovación lo único bueno el patio y lo cerca de la piscina.
