Appartements à louer à Salou, en plein centre-ville, à deux pas de la plage, du parc d'attractions PortAventura, des boîtes de nuit et des restaurants. Chaque appartement comprend 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une piscine, une aire de jeux pour enfants avec toboggans et balançoires, et un supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Plusieurs appartements sont disponibles dans le même immeuble. À votre arrivée, une caution de 300 € vous sera demandée. Elle vous sera remboursée au départ, sous 7 jours maximum, si l'appartement est rendu dans le même état qu'à votre arrivée. Les animaux domestiques sont acceptés sur demande (sans supplément).

À NOTER : La taxe de séjour de 1,90 € par personne et par jour est à régler à votre arrivée.

La caution de 300 € est obligatoire à votre arrivée (elle vous sera remboursée au départ après inspection de l'appartement, sous 7 jours maximum, si l'appartement est rendu dans le même état qu'à votre arrivée).

IMPORTANT :

L'appartement doit être rendu propre à votre départ.

Vous pouvez également opter pour un service de ménage à domicile moyennant un supplément de 30 €. La remise des clés se fait au 9, rue Terrer, rez-de-chaussée, appartement 6. La réception est ouverte de 17h00 à 20h00. Tout retard en dehors de ces horaires entraînera un supplément de 50 €. Le linge de lit est en option ; vous pouvez apporter le vôtre ou le réserver à votre arrivée (10 € par personne pour toute la durée du séjour). Le parking, en option, est à 12 € par jour et disponible sur demande. Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue.
