The views are unbeatable! The apartment is located on the first line of Playa dels Capellans, with its crystal-clear waters, wide beach of fine white sand, a beach bar, children's playground, showers, sun loungers and many other amenities. Everything in perfect condition to enjoy your holidays.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.

- Building not accessible by wheelchair. There is a flight of stairs from the entrance to the lift.

- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability. Book it in advance, there is usually no parking on the surrounding streets.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Emplacement top et vue exceptionnelle. Vaisselle de cuisine limité.Si on ne prend pas le garage, on n'a pas le badge pour se rentre à la piscine.Logement idéal pour 5 personnes, mais logement annoncé avec 6 lits. Or, 5 lits et 1 canapé lit inconfortable (on dormirait mieux au sol, car on sent tous les ressorts du matelas de 5cm). L'agence ne nous trouve pas de solution, indiquant ne jamais avoir eu de souci jusqu'à présent.Sous les fauteuils, déchets de précédents locataires.Conclusion conduisant à la note générale : la qualité rencontrée du logement est en deça du prix pratiqué
