appartement 3 chambre qui n'en a que 2

Lors de notre arrivée tout correspondait à la description etc. A notre arrivée dans l'appartement propreté impeccable GROS problème il y a que 2 chambres au lieu de 3 et un lit de camp dans le salon. Le soir même le frigo reste à 10° ET la clim inonde une salle de bain Il a fallu trois jours d'insistance pour que le problème soit prit en compte - Tour le monde est parfaitement aimable mais pas très efficace. La résidence étant complète ils ne peuvent nous fournir un appartement comme réservé donc il nous rembourse le supplément de parking mais en attendant on a payé 2400€ pour un appartement 3 chambre contre 2000€ pour arrondir pour un appartement 2 chambres On a personne vers qui se retourner pour faire valloir se droit
