The apartment is extremely pleasant, with a tourist license, very quiet area and is located at the Cape de Salou (Cap Salou)
Groups of friends are not accepted. Only for families and couples
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary equipment, air conditioning throughout the floor, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
There is elevator and a large terrace of 15 mt2, (the terrace has no pool views).
There is a large community garden and we are close to the beach, where you can access well.
10 minutes by car is Port Aventura and Park Aquopolis de la Pineda
We do not have a private parking lot, but parking in the streets around is easy and is free all year.

Cap de Salou

Emplacement au top pour des familles. La résidence qui est constituée de 2 bâtiments à une piscine commune, mais très applicable. Nous n'étions pas dans le centre de Salou et cela est très agréable car beaucoup plus au calme. Loli, la personne qui nous a accueilli d'une extrême gentillesse. Je garde les coordonnées pour une prochaine visite. Je recommande fortement. Merci pour tout et votre réactivité à nos échanges par mail

At the end of our stay we feel in this apartment as an in our home. And always happy to return to apartment from the beach, ParkAVentura  or other places. This apartment is in a quiet and peaceful place and ideal for family. We will be very happy to return someday to this apartment. In fact all of us really enjoyed staying in this area in this apartment!

Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos en este apartamento. Todo estaba muy limpio, es amplio, luminoso y está bien equipado. La zona es muy tranquila y agradable y pudimos dejar el coche aparcado en la misma calle de entrada a los apartamentos todos los dias ya que es una zona de aparcamiento gratuito y sin tasas de zona azul. Los conserjes son muy simpáticos y amables, y agradecemos la rapidez en contestar por email a todas nuestras consultas a los propietarios. Sin duda volveremos!!
