The UHC PISCIS APARTMENTS residence enjoys a privileged seafront location, right on Paseo Miramar, just a few metres from Ponent Beach. This peaceful area, yet close to all amenities, is ideal for a family beach holiday.
The apartment features a spacious ground-floor terrace with sea views. The building entrance is at a lower level, so one floor must be climbed from the street (the building has a lift). With capacity for up to 7 people, it is the perfect choice for those seeking comfort, tranquillity, and an unbeatable location by the sea.

- Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher).
- Master bedroom with a double bed.

- Two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families.
- Check parking space availability (with a surcharge) upon arrival at the office. Parking spaces in the building are limited and only passenger cars are accepted (large vehicles do not fit).
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online check-in is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival, including the submission of guest details as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and the completion of all payments.
