We were in town for the weekend to attend a wedding, and this location was conveniently located. It worked well for our needs, and our kids enjoyed playing on the tennis court.House was clean and had what we needed, although interior was a bit spartan - not as well appointed as some places we’ve stayed at in the past, but we weren’t really cooking this time so it worked out okay. It would have been nice to have some games or books to pass the in-between time. There were no throw blankets, or extra blankets or pillows at all. It rained and was chilly during our stay, so they would have made it more comfortable. Only real problem we had was the house instructions were sent via a link in the app messaging function, but this link couldn’t be clicked or copied/pasted, so we were never able to access the information. I messaged with the host several times to that effect, and also asked specific questions regarding ceiling fan operating instructions, etc, but just kept getting the unusable link sent over again. Not sure if it was an AI agent or auto response or what, but wasn’t able to communicate that effectively.Would stay here again, though, if the communication issue was addressed. Even just a copy of instructions in a binder left in the house would be helpful.
