Beautiful, spacious, modern 5-bedroom 5+ bathrooms fully furnished home built with all the extra amenities ideal for visiting families, executives or professionals. In addition to the unique modern layout this home boasts multiple unique features including a 16' X 35' detached garage, an office, indoor gym, kitchenette including light up bar in the basement, pool table, lots of storage area, a fireplace, and a beautifully landscaped front and back yard. The unique floor plan includes a main suite on the main level and another main suite upstairs as well as a full laundry room on each level. Each of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and spacious closet with one room in basement, one on main level and 3 upstairs. The backyard is a pleasant oasis and dream entertainment area with a large jacuzzi and covered patio with an amazing view of the Wasatch Mountains. Ample closets and storage and the house has updated AVS system including cameras and smart thermostats and blinds. The kitchen is large and accommodating for entertaining and family cooking with Bosch oven, refrigerator, stove top and an additional wine fridge and a large pantry. Elegant white marble and quartz countertops complement the home throughout. No smoking allowed.
