The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. There was some sort of dried fluid on the headboard so a little more attention to detail for housekeeping staff. Other than that a wonderful stay.

The hotel was amazing! Friendly staff, the hotel all over was very clean and neat, and it was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is in a rural area that mostly industrial buildings surrounding the area, but a lot of them were empty and the roads are not well kept. There’s potholes and cracks in the roadway makes for a rather bumpy ride. Doesn’t have much public transportation nor any restaurants, or diners, stores, or any other attractions. It’s very remote and rural area with empty buildings for lease. The hotel doesn’t fit the surrounding area. The hotel is so nice and clean and the area is just lacking!

No breakfast buffet as advertised, same potatos weird sausage, liquid eggs every morning. No shower curtain, called the front desk, took until the next morning to get one. Aerosol can of hair product under the bed, dirty bathroom floor. No maid service unless requested the morning before you’d like it. Elevator was wacky, never knew if it was going up or down. Toilet issues (2nd floor) I stated here when it was new, could use some TLC for sure :-(
