We weren’t allowed to use our AARP discount card because we booked a third-party tub faucet leaked the whole time we were there air conditioner sound like a 747 every time it turned on then in the morning we went down at 9:30 to eat breakfast and they told us they stop serving breakfast at nine

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and carpet were for the most part clean. Drapes and furniture were dirty. Chair was filthy. The arms on the chair were soiled—almost black with what looked like oil. Walls and doors/door frames needed a good scrubbing. There was no microwave or refrigerator in our room. Shower floor also needed a good scrub but everything else in the bathroom was clean. Bathroom vanity was tiny. Freeway noise could be heard at a pretty loud level.

I’ve stayed here before and loved my stay. This particular room we stayed in was very dirty and honestly was just falling apart. The lamps were damaged, the sheets had stains all over. I was very disappointed

The room was suitable enough; however, the bed was, and I’m not overstating here, like laying down on a board made of pure rock. I mean that mattress was SOLID. We got an ADA accessible room for my disabled mother to stay with me as well. We walked into the bathroom and were initially pleased with the roll in shower. But, there was no slope for the drainage, the floor was all level. My poor mother had to call for me in the middle of a shower because the floor was flooding outside the bathroom. WHO DOESN’T SLOPE THE FLOOR?! Staff was nice I suppose. “Comfort” Inn my ass.

Not what the pictures show

This was a horrible experience for my husband and I. WE booked this trip three months in advanced. When we arrived there, it smelled like smoke. The receptionist wasn't very friendly. When we got to our room the smoke smell was worse and also had mold smell. There was a hair on the bed-on top of the comforter. The shower was leaking and kept making a drip sound. Then when my husband was checking for bed bugs, we found a stain on the mattress. I went down to the front desk and one of the ladies came up to our room and inspect. I wanted a full refund. I just cant stay in a hotel that smells and isn't clean. They refunded us and we went and stayed a different hotel.
