The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, the bed is cozy, my TV worked this time so that was good. The bathrooms need an update, the shower faucet drips, the A/C-heater unit is very loud and makes weird noises. I wish the breakfast went till 10am instead of 9am, but that's just me.

The refrigerator never worked. The Wi-Fi and or TV didn’t work for three days straight. The shower curtain rod was not level. Therefore the shower curtain cannot be closed to keep water from going all over the floor. Absolutely hated the motion, sensing lights in the bathroom area.

Staff was nice, but the room was so dirty. The curtains had food all over them, shower hadnt been cleaned, and I'm not convinced the sheets and pillow cases had actually been changed before we got there based off how much I could smell purfume and cologne and how wrinkley it was + how dirty everything 3lse was... price was nice though and the location was awesome- a convenient walk to Smiths or Starbucks

The breakfast was excellent, the staff professional, the bed and shower cozy. My only complaint is that the room could use some maintenance—there were a couple of rips in the gauzy layer of curtains, a dent in the wall, a burnt out bathroom light bulb. All fixable, and I was fine regardless.

Room was clean. Beds and pillows hard and uncomfortable. Ac/heater made a constant loud noise that kept us fromsleeping well. Motion light in room SUCKS kept turning on all night and waking us up. Hall, elevator, pool/hottub and breakfast area was dirty and dingy/dated looking. Elevator smelled of burning belt which was scary. No parlking available. For $30 more a night should have stayed Hyatt.

Every thing was fine. Its right next to the freeway, but you don't notice it hardly at all. The only problem I had was that the flapper on the toilet was leaking so it ran about every 15 minutes all through the night which sometimes I noticed and sometimes I didn't. It happens. I mentioned it on their survey...

The hotel staff were friendly upon check in but did call my room accidentally at 11:30pm waking me up. The room was clean enough but run down. All but 2 plugs were so loose that they would not hold anything in the outlets. The second day/night of our 4 night stay had no hot water and we only learned about it when the reception staff checked a man in and then told him, she never mentioned it to us when we got our rooms key’s rebooted to open the door. The free breakfast has much to be desired.
